By using FlipperScanner, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and agree to these terms, and have the authority to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
FlipperScanner is an AI-powered item appraisal application that provides estimated resale values for items based on photographs. The service also provides links to eBay marketplace listings for research purposes.
Appraisals are estimates only. FlipperScanner does not guarantee the accuracy of valuations, and actual resale values may differ significantly based on condition, market conditions, platform, timing, and other factors. Do not rely solely on FlipperScanner valuations when making purchasing or selling decisions.
Some features require account registration via Auth0. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@flipperscanner.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
FlipperScanner offers the following service tiers:

Scan limits reset daily (Free) or monthly (Pro, Dealer, Enterprise) based on your billing cycle. Unused scans do not roll over.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are in USD.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

FlipperScanner and its content, features, and functionality are owned by FlipperScanner and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any images you upload. By uploading images, you grant FlipperScanner a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing appraisal services.
FlipperScanner is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that appraisals will be accurate. Use the service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlipperScanner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to losses from purchasing or selling decisions made based on our appraisals.
FlipperScanner integrates with third-party services including Auth0 (authentication), Stripe (payments), and eBay (market data links). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
eBay links provided by FlipperScanner may include affiliate tracking codes. We may earn a commission when you make purchases through these links at no additional cost to you.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@flipperscanner.com. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
